Sierrahandmade offered an advent calendar for sale on her website. She took my payment and never delivered the calendar. I reached out multiple times and no response. She has since removed her business off Google and said it’s permanently closed and she took her website down. I am not the only one who purchased this product from her and didn’t receive. There were many many customers. I hope they too have opened a file. She took my money and never sent the product . I am filing a claim with PayPal but want to make sure she’s reported
