In March, 2023, my grandson contacted a guy on Instagram by the name of Neighborhood _plug, that was supposedly selling shoes. My grandson was told to send the money through Cashapp and he will ship him the shoes. A couple of months passed, and still no shoes. My grandson contacted him again and he was told he would have to send $30 more dollars for a replacement pair of s shoes. As of September 2023, he atill hasnt received any shoes or heard from the guy again.
