I ordered three necklaces thru this website and the thing says it’s in transit but I called the guy and he just says it’s in transit and it hasn’t moved in days and I ordered it like the middle of January and it still hasn’t arrived and the guy will not answer my calls anymore and when I call it goes to a cell phone number

Order was placed online over one month ago. Credit card information was given. Item was never received despite card being charged. No tracking information was ever received. Email was sent to personal email from Beatyeyes stating that order #G189237 had been completed.
