I attempted to order a grass seeder for my riding lawnmower. They used the brand Costco as the seller.

I order this product back in Nov., 2025. I never received product, so I emailed several times asking ehen I would get this product I paid for. They initially said I would receive by Feb. 7, 2025. I never received. After getting frustrated, I ask that my money be refunded. They keep responding by saying the product delivery is being delsyed by a backlog or delivery.

I want my money refunded immediately.

I ordered 2 shirts from this company on December 10th, 2024 and still had not received them by January 10th 2025. The tracking number they gave me said the shirts were still in China so I wrote them asking for a refund. They said they couldn’t do that since they’d been shipped. I wrote them a few more times asking them to refund my money but they wouldn’t. The last email I was given the same tracking number and told it was on its way but it said now that it was in the US but it stayed there for a month! I wrote them AGAIN and they still said they wouldn’t refund my money. After that email I got another saying they had been delivered but they weren’t here! I wrote them AGAIN and they said it was delivered they couldn’t refund my money.. As of yesterday the shirts aren’t here, we checked the neighbors mailboxes and went to the Post Office to check on the tracking number. They told us the tracking number wasn’t a USPS tracking number so they couldn’t help us! Beware! This company doesn’t mail what you pay for!

I thought I was ordering from QVC

A pet dental cleaner was advertised on Facebook by RarePet. The item looked amazing, but I realize now the video was all computer generated. They offered a 90 day money back guarantee, so I tried it. The actual item is not really a pet dental cleaner at all. It is an inferior piece of junk. It is so loud I cannot get it near my dog. I tried to return it after 30 days by emailing them, and they refuse to let me return it. This is nothing but a scam. False advertising. Scam product. Once they get your money, you are SOL.

This ad was on the QVC website for metal shelving units. Buy 2 get 2 free. Everything looked legit - their website, backed by BBB. Received a confirmation email right after I made the purchase.

Pulled in by a Facebook ad, placed an order, and never received a confirmation email or tracking info. Tried to locate online to contact for refund but the domain is gone when I try to click on the link. Disputed the charges with my bank and waiting for their response.

Thought I was going to be able to order cheap cigarettes online, I had a feeling it was a scam when I couldn't pay by credit or debit card, I paid with a Walmart gift card, and they said it could take up to a month to receive them. One month later I contacted them, they offered to resend them or refund my money, I chose to have them reship it. 2 months later and haven't received anything. Tried to contact them by email again with no response. I told them this was obviously a scam and I was going to post it all over the Internet and still no response.

I should have known this stuff was coming from China based on price, but they don't tell you that. You figure it out after you order and realize it will be weeks or months before the items arrive instead of days. My package got to the USPS office near me, but was delivered to the wrong address. The USPS acknowledges they delivered it to the wrong address, but they say the package had the wrong address on it. Bestbestones confirmed they sent the correct address to their third party shipping liaison and that organization claims they gave the USPS the correct address. The USPS will not honor the insurance because they shipped it to the address they were given. Bestbestones says they gave them the right address and I can't prove to them otherwise because the USPS will not share the address. End result is my items may have been delivered to the wrong address, but I have no way of knowing, getting them or getting my money back.

I bought headphones that were supposed to translate different languages live. However when I got them they were regular headphones that did not translate. Upon contacting the company they stated I was wrong, even when I sent pictures! They only wanted to give me back $6 and stated for a full refund I would have to send them back, paying the shipping myself! Please stay away from this site!

The company’s website clearly states that their factories are located in America and Canada. I ordered a cotton sweatshirt on 12/8. I didn’t receive an update on the order until I reached out. At this point, I was provided a tracking number and website that led me to a Chinese shipping company. The website said it was not secure so I did not enter any information. I started a dispute with PayPal. I received the package on 1/9. I reached out to the seller since

It was a Christmas present and since Christmas had long past, I no longer needed it. This company then told me that they are not locate anywhere in the US or Canada but are a phony Chinese company. They now expect me to pay to ship their shoddy product back over to china. I volunteered to happily send it to on for their Canadian or American factories. They have not provided any further information. I have not opened the package but the outside clearly says polyester sweatshirt. This company/website are deliberately misleading consumers. I reached out to PayPal who told me even though this company is not who they say they are, I still would have to pay almost $40 to get a refund on my $36. PayPal is supposed to offer purchase protection but did nothing to protect me.
