A purchase was made mid November. Initially they didn’t it respond to email inquiries. They commit to delivery in 19 business days. Despite multiple follow up emails and generic replies they refuse to refund the money, there has been no product delivery and they have made not attempted to discover if it has been shipped or when it might be shipped.
