I have been trying to contact. this company regarding a faulty system I bought when they had a warranty on it, and they're a newer company; they have ignored my emails, calls and texts. The unit cost over 1,200, and they have done nothing about the faulty unit other than make excuses and pretend like they're going to help and then fall off the face of the earth entirely. I drove my unit down to Vancouver so they could pick it up and repair it and they never sent anyone and this was 6 months ago and I just finally heard back again after emailing multiple times and speaking with a different lady who tried saying I never provided an address for the pickup when I had and the lady never sent me a confirmation for anything.
