She had American Eskimo puppies for sale. I messaged her. She message back and was out of town. She needed 200 dwn. to hold the pups and needed to pay with cash app, Zelle, PayPal. We pd by PayPal. She sent a Puppy Deposit Receipt that also said refundable. After she got home she wanted me to pay her again through PayPal 100.00 to pay for the vet. I told her no. I ask for vet name and phone number, she replied that she had a private vet and would not do it. After a few more texts she refused me the puppies as well as my 200.00 since I wouldn't give her another 100.00. She had some man with a foreign accent call me and tell me that he was her vet. I asked for his name and office #. He said she did nit want him to give it to me. He finally gave me the name of his clinic which is Animal Care Clinic, but would not tell me where it was located. After her and I have been going back and fourth for a few days, she said she was not giving me my money back or a puppy or puppies.
