Purchased 3 pairs of pants from this company from an Instagram ad. I was sent pants that were not at all the pants from the ad. Very terrible quality. I’ve contacted customer service and they keep asking me to re-measure myself to make sure I got the right size. I said it’s not the size that is the issue, but rather the quality and that they used false advertising. They replied back asking for pictures. There is no way to return the items. No address or any sort of packing slip. It’s a complete scam.
