I attempted to purchase a kitten from this business. I made a deposit on Venmo. Luckily with goods and services. I was supposed to receive the kitten one week later. Due to a family emergency I couldn’t meet her. The next time she cancelled. Then she cancelled again. I planned a trip to Nashville and the grand finale was supposed to be picking up the kitten. There was no communication by her to let me know there would be a problem. On the day I was to pick up the kitten, she told me she was out of town. She made it sound like she would deliver him the next day. Again no communication all day. I had everything ready to meet her and again she informed me she wouldn’t be coming. I would have to wait until Friday. Come Friday and I messaged her to make sure all was ok and she said everything was according to plan. She would pick up rental car at 3:30, load up kittens and head out. So I was expecting her 4 hours later. Again no communication. She finally responded to me and said it would be Sunday. I’m tired of playing the game
