Personalizeverything advertised personalize picture necklace. I ordered 2 and received a confirmation email. When I try to review the order number in their website it says order doesn’t exist. I emailed their support email 3 times and have not received a response back. Also, messaged them on their Facebook page and nothing. It’s almost been 3 weeks since the order and I was charged on my credit card and I have received nothing.
