I placed an order worth $556 on the ozlana.ca website on October 21, 2022, which included a blue snow fox Fur Parka and a free bunny oversize king. I received shipping email about two weeks later on November 7 . The tracking number in the shipping email that does not belong to the United States or Canada. I spend time to doing research and find out this tracking number update from China .It show me the package was sent from LA to a certain city in China, and then moved to two different cities on the way. And send it to my city Chicago at the end. The tracking number wasn’t in USPS system at the beginning, and it was updated when it was sent to Chicago. I expressed doubts about this website, then I called the credit card company to apply for a refund. In about a month, I received the package and opened it. The packaging inside was very rough, and the clothes were of poor quality. I sent an email to the seller's to apply for a refund, and request the return label. The seller declined and forcibly took the refund I requested from the credit card company. During this period, I consulted my credit card company, because the seller did not provide a return lable, and I couldn't find an address where I could return the package.I tried to search on Google, but I didn't find any information about the physical store of this website, and the package received lable was also a fake. For thoes reason, I had no choice but to give up. I saw a post about BBB’s help online today. I decided to share my experience and remind everyone to be careful when surfing the Internet. I hope that this website can be thoroughly checked to prevent more people from being deceived.
