I ordered 2 custom sweatshirts with the family dog’s image and embroidered from a site I saw on Facebook. Never received the items. Emailed the company several times, and got 1 response stating “due to a high volume of shipping for the holiday season this item maybe lost. We will send you a tracking number”. Never received the tracking number or the items. I did an internet search and found several other complaints saying the same thing. I wrote to the company 2 times requesting my money back and never got a response.
