I purchased a dress on Feb. 2nd I also paid for protection so that if it didn't arrive or was damaged it was a guaranteed refund. I never received the dress after the third day because it was guaranteed in three days. I emailed and asked for a refund and they said because the dress was in transit they would not refund the money. That when the dress was received they would refund me the money. I still haven't received the dress and it has been over a month. I have emailed 7 plus time with no response and I want my money back. I have uploaded the order for the dress.
