Online Purchase - lphawea.com weeksrevelo.com and xborderecommerce Reports & Reviews (1)

On January 10, 2023, I ordered an “Amazon Global Online Wholesale Pallet - Oversized Tray” from “Iphawea.com”(Order #3953) I opted to arrange for “VIP Fast Shipping (1 week)” This order was confirmed and billed to my VISA credit card as follows: “Amazon Global Online Wholesale Pallet - Oversized Tray” - $59.86 VIP Fast Shipping (1 week)-$12.80 Total- $72.66 USD The following tracking number was assigned: ************* My credit card statement revealed that my payment was made to a different company “weeksrevelo com” i was subsequently informed that the shipping and delivery logistics were being handled by yet another company “xborderecommerce” I tracked the parcel using the assigned tracking number and then, on January 19, the tracking site indicated that my package had been delivered. I immediately contacted xborderecommerce to explain that I had not received the purchased package or anything that resembles an “oversized pallet”. Further I had not received anything with this tracking number, nor any package at all from the identified seller or any of their identified agents (lphawea.com, weeksrevelo.com, and xborderecommerce). This was confirmed at the post office. I went on to mention that I had received an unsolicited package from a Chinese source (HK PROFIT FIELDS) but it only contained a pair of cheap earphones. On this same day, I also received a cheap necklace from “LUYI”. Neither package had the requisite tracking number for my pallet shipment…and neither originated from any of the seller’s agents. I sent them evidentiary photos of the tracked package I received to confirm that it has no semblance to the package they allegedly sent me. On January 21st, they responded by simply assuming that what I had received had been sent by their agents in response to my order. I have no verifiable proof the the item I received came from them or their agent. I advised them that if, by some chance it did come from them (in spite of all the evidence to the contrary), it is a cheap $18 pair of outdated earphones that I have absolutely no use for. Accordingly, I said that If they can demonstrate the provenance for these earphones, I would be most happy to return them to wherever they chose (I gather they did not want me to send them back to the company who sent them to me), provided they agreed to cover the requisite shipping costs.

As of today their explanation and best offer is as follows:

January 21, 2013

“Dear customers , Thank you for your support to our store. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Since our mystery trays are sent by an automated system, Therefore, we apologize for the items in your package. For this situation, we can offer you a 20% refund as compensation, do you accept it? That will be the best we can do. Please let us know if this solution is acceptable to you.”

January 22, 2023 from xborderecommerce:

“Dear customer, Sorry for the inconvenience we caused to you. To save your money and time, we could issue a 30% refund without returning. If you agree with this solution, the refund will be issued immediately. Sorry for the inconvenience and hope for your understanding.”

January 23, 2023 from xborderecommerce:

As this dispute progressed, I did some sleuthing and discovered that I am not alone in being a victim of their fraud and deceit.

It would take 3-5 business days, it's now been 2 weeks still no refund and to top it off they banned me from post, so I CAN'T even text them now..this company XBorderpay E-commerce is in on this SCAM. As of today (12-12-22) I’ve still gotten no REFUND. Their adds are very deceptive and they know they are not right that's why they kept trying to give me much less than the money I paid for this product...I’m going to go on the government SCAM app and report them to the government as well...I’m going to tik tok as well trying to get the word out so no one else gets deceived like i did!!!!”

Total scam, ordered a mega size Amazon Pallet paid $110 and received a set of $2 wireless headphones. Searched the name on 3 different scam websites and they have had thousands of people being scammed by them. Sending everyone cheap crappy headphones and pieces of rubbish, refusing refunds or returns. https://au.trustpilot.com/review/ xborderecommerce.com
