I purchased 2 of the floating ball items as Christmas gifts for my neice and nephew and when they arrived I decided to test them out to see how they worked. They worked for about 3 mins and then the lights continued blinking but the fan wouldn't turn on. The fan is needed to make the item work as inteded. When I contacted the company they offered to send me a replacement but couldn't guarantee that the new items would work. Considering both of the items I got were defective the issue seems with the way the items are poorly made. I requested to return the products and get a refund and they offered me 1/10th the value that I paid as a refund. When I refused they said they could send it to their after-sales team but it would take time and when I suggested that I'd be ok to wait they again changed their mind and said all they could do was the small refund of 1/10th the price paid. Also, when attemtping to write a review of the product on the site the site would not allow you to post it, hence no one has left a review for the product yet. Seems like this is now they are getting more people to purchase it since no one can warn other customers about the quality of the product and the terrible customer experience.
