I have sent MULTIPLE emails and live chats. Disrespectful and unapologetic rep just left mid-conversation and is now refusing to respond. I used Groupon to purchase a whitening kit from Helios and another groupon code to purchase a whitening kit from IOS Cosmetics and spent $58 on a whitening serum on the IOS site as well. They did not send the IOS products and when requested information about the expected delivery date, they told me it was delivered and sent me a fake confirmation from Canada Post which wasn’t even my order number. My order was #**** and the photo they sent marked “delivered” is for order #****. They blamed me at first for not understanding their Helios product (which I did receive but purchased separately), they said they shipped it and sent the photo of the fulfilled shipment. They said the tracking number doesn’t exist because they would have been shipped together (which is untrue because the box was sealed with their product from a different site) then blamed Canada post for failing to deliver. I know they did not send the IOS products. As soon as I confronted them about the obvious lies they kept feeding me, they completely stopped responding to all emails or live chats. It is right before Christmas and they should not be allowed to do this to people. Not sure what to do as they have no phone number, no address and no way of contacting them other than via email and live chat. Below is their “delivery confirmation” but my order number is **** not ****, once I brought it up they left the chat forever and it is super frustrating.
