I tried to but a parking voucher from the city machine. I scanned the QR code and then it told me to download the Honk Mobile App. I went through the process using my cell phone, including entering my credit card number. The app would not download, and within a minute, I had a notice from my bank that there was suspicious activity on my credit card. I have since spoken with another person who had the identical experience. We think our cell phones are safe, and suspect that someone has cloned the Honk Mobile website and we were entering our information into a fraudulent website. I phoned my bank immediately, and had to cancel my credit card.
