Two dresses were purchased when they arrived one had a stain and was clearly not new. The other was extremely poor quality. After contacting customer service they offered no support other then 40 percent refund for a defective product or to ship it to China which cost around 100$. The product was purchase and sent from a Canadian address then required to return to China. The company acknowledge the product was defective and still would not offer a full refund and recommended that I should clean the stain.
