I ordered a clock radio with a built-in security box. The box was actually called a centric, smart safe. This was on sale for a Father’s Day promotion in June 2023. It is now August 22, I again sent an email to the company requesting my money back and first they wanted to only send me half of the money then they would like to send me only 2/3 of my money -12.99 shipping. I became more frustrated with them and let them know that I would like my refund info and to this day still have not received the money. I feel that I have also been scammed. At this point I am out $48 without a product. They asked me if they returned half that I could just turn around and buy something else. That’s not what I requested and definitely received nothing.
