Ralph from Friedmann Coach and Tours contacted us to book a coach bus service in Jun 2023. He provided us with credit card for the payment. We processed the payment via Stripe online payment service. A few weeks later, they issued a dispute to their credit card company. Then the money was withdrew from our bank account by Stripe. We then contacted Ralph regarding this issue. He first said he would ask the accounting to look into it but no update since then. We have been trying to call him every day but he never answers the phone. He first contacted using cell#647-491-7222 but it is now out of service. He also provided us with 647-494-1227/705-999-8700. We have tried all of them, but got no answer.
