I made my purchase and immediately got an email confirming my order. I then received another email from them stating we (as in customers) are the reason their business is successful and to contact with any questions or anything. I got an email a couple days later stating the order was shipping. I am have been watching on the USPS website and it has been saying package accepted and then it says pending acceptance. It was like that for a few days and then I emailed them letting them know about this and to please get back to me as soon as possible to let me know what is going on. I didn't hear back from them so I emailed a few more times over a few days and still nothing. Today I called the post office and they told me that pending acceptance means that the company made the label and put they were going to be taking it to the post office so they haven’t received the package yet still. I have tried to reach out to them on Facebook and messenger also but no responses there either. The post office was supposed to receive the package a week ago and they still do not have it and with me emailing and messaging and getting no responses, this place has scammed me out of my money and refuses to contact me because that is what they did. If there was an issue with the order, a legit business would respond to emails or messages and not ignore their customers.
