I ordered from this website and immediately got a notification that my order was being processed. It has been two months of regular emailing with the company. They keep saying they are looking in to why nothing has shipped and never get back to me. When I asked to have the order cancelled they refused because the system says it’s “being processed”

I cannot ask for a refund unless I receive the product. They will not cancel the order, despite nothing having been shipped. The only way for me to get my money back is if they send me the product, which it seems they never will. When contacted they keep saying they will look into it and then do not follow up.

I suspect that they are fraudulent and because they refuse to cancel my order and I cannot ask for a refund unless I receive a product I’ve just sent them money that I will not get back.
