I ordered fabric online, payed via SHOP, and have not received a product. I have reached out tens of times, with no reply. SHOP will not help at all. There is no address nor phone number. I received and email saying it was on the way via UPS and nothing has happened. No contact, no updates, NOTHING. It has been 2 months since initial purchase.
