I placed an order for SHEIN and the company SH Factory Clear charged my bank account. I didn't recognize it, so I called my bank. We notified the company by email and they promised to resend the order for the clothes I ordered. I have been waiting since July 2023 for my clothes. At this point, I just want my money refunded to my account. I did a fraudant report to my bank in August and at the beginning of September. Nothing has happened at this point.
