We have been notified by a third party that an unauthorized individual is using the corporate name: “F8 Health and Beauty Corp.” (“F8”) to fraudulently sell wholesale beauty, cosmetics and other products to consumers via the following URL: https://f8healthandbeautycorp.com/ (the “Fraudulent Business”). This individual is also fraudulently using the name ** *** *** ****** ********* ******* “Richard Brooks” to conduct business, through the Fraudulent Business, as well [censored]ding himself out as “Richard Brooks”, the “Sales Manager” of the Fraudulent Business. **** *** *** *** ********* ****** ********** ******** *** *** ** *** *** ******** ** ******* ******* *** ********* ** *** *** ***** We note that although F8 was incorporated by our law firm, it does not, and has never had, any active business operations. Further, the individual is using our law firm’s previous office address on the Fraudulent Business’s website as its business address.

We have received information from a third party that this unauthorized individual is: (i) rendering fraudulent invoices; and (ii) soliciting wire transfers for payment of such fraudulent invoices, from potential customers, through the Fraudulent Business. This individual is conducting the Fraudulent Business via: (1) the URL referenced above; (2) the following email address: [email protected]; and (3) two phone numbers (via WhatsApp accounts): +1(209) 627-0623 (containing a California area code) and +1(315) 352-0912-1828 (containing a New York area code).
