My visa was charged 3 times for 2 orders and they will not refund my money. Although Canada and red maple leaves are used in their advertising, according to Canada Post, my shoes were held up in customs. Their parent co. address is in the UK and my visa was charged by HKPFCEX Int. In Hong Kong.
