Online Purchase- Doula Scam Reports & Reviews (1)

Charnise Littles is the owner and founder of Birth Milk & Co. She was paid $2500 in full before the due date to provide doula services for my childbirth. Charnise was supposed to meet with me monthly for check-ins. I hired her in December of 2024 for my due date in June 2025. From December to April, I met with her twice. Once for 30 minutes in January and once for 1 hour in March. Our last meeting was on March 17th, 2025. At that appointment she said she would provide resources for birthing classes the next day and to reach out to her the next week to schedule our monthly appointment for April since I was getting closer to my due date. I reached out to her March 27th to follow up, no response. I have not received a response from her despite several emails, phone calls, text messages, and even a direct message on Instagram to both her business and personal pages (where she is currently posting). I emailed her to terminate our contract and ask for a refund minus her hourly rate because she has not completed her end of the contract. It appears that she provides the service sparingly at first, then will not respond as you get closer to your due date, violating her contract, and leaving you stressed as an expectant mother.
