Made an online purchase for matrix color swatch book. Made the transaction on March 28,2023. I called six days later no one answered I left messages no one answered I emailed them twice about my order and no one got back to me about it. I looked online and it seems that they are not legit many more people are complaining that they ordered from them and never received it

I placed an order three months ago. The money was taken immediately from my account and I have never received the product. I have called and emailed multiple times and every time I get the same woman on the phone hotels me she will call me back… I have insisted that I am not hanging up the phone because she has told me the same thing multiple times and never returned the call… She is rude every time! No refund, no product. Three months later.
