Ordered on website many weeks ago and got a confirmation email then never heard anything back about whether the product had been shipped just that it was being processed. When I reached out to the support email they told me to wait 2 to 3 weeks. So I did. Then I reached out again and got the same response to wait 2 to 3 weeks. When stated I already had waited that period of time they they asked me for my order number stating they had no record of my email or order. I had a print out of my order and confirmation from the website that I screenshotted and sent them and haven't heard back since. My credit card was charged on the day I placed the order. I am contacting my bank to have the charges reversed as it is clearly fraud.
