I was told by the business that they were doing tattoo specials, and that I needed to reserve my spot for my appointment. The reservation required $100 deposit which was equivalent to the service being rendered, which means the service should have been paid in full when arriving at, the location it was an apartment building. I called the person times no answer. No other contact was made the person blocked my number. I’ve even filed a report with cash app through. I paid and I’ve had no resolve.
