I searched for a software company to build an app. I entered information and I was contacted by email. I was called by a man named James. He had me sign a basic NDA. After several lengthy phone conversations I sent them a $1500 payment. Within a couple weeks I was introduced to a woman named Amanda Yazbek and was told I would be communicating with her. I was emailed several logo designs and then I sent another payment of $1000. And eventually another $1500. I was then provided with some different screen designs for the app. And was told that I would be provided with the “alph-built”. But never received it. And then they both started contacting me for more money. I used Google Earth to check the addresses listed on their website. The address in Florida looked to be a pizza restaurant. And the address in Canada is a residential housing complex.
