In regard to my order below (00018765). I did not receive what I paid for. I got plastic not Ceramic fish, the sets I ordered has a quantity of 3, but I received 2 sets with a quantity of 2 rather than 3. The fish are much smaller than shown in the order below. The same happened with my order of orange fish. Please advise.

Bought a dress, not to mention I paid $25 to have expedited to me. I waited longer than two weeks. It finally got me to me and wasn’t remotely the same item, their number doesn’t work at all, there’s no tag, brand, nothing at all to indicate it even came from the website. It’s a complete scam. The website is a scam

Bought two chairs off o Facebook from a California company. When I received the tracking number it was from China. After two weeks I received a $2 scarf. Seller isn’t returning email, text messages or phone calls.

I ordered two dresses from this website. When I received the package I only received one dress of poor quality, which was different than either of the two dresses I ordered. When I contacted the company for either a refund, or for them to deliver my original order, they told me I needed to return the product they sent me, pay my own shipping to China, and then they’d give me a 40% refund. They pretend to be an American company and charge high prices. I didn’t realize this was a Chinese company until I saw the shipping notice. The business address and phone number listed on the website is fraudulent. They are not based in the US or Florida. They’ve made no attempt to send me my actual order, and constantly tell me the only way to receive a refund is to ship them their product back to China. I am not required to return items I never ordered or wanted. It seems that they send the wrong item on purpose given the amount of complaints I’ve seen.

They insisted that they were with the actual Kendra Scott jewelry store but the jewelry I received from them isn’t made by Kendra Scott & is a knock off
