Company is fake. Takes your money and thats it except for ******** emails w empty promises of a refund

Placed order was informed that it had been shipped out not once but TWICE and they refuse to refund me any money

Ordered in December. I have chased up the site on Facebook.with so many different people trying ..it seems to sort my problem. one saying they can't find my order and another saying that it has been delivered . also to check neighbours as they may have solen my parcel. Big scam.

Said my order was on it's way 3 different times. I've been waiting since December 2022.

They keep sending the same message thank you for your patience. And that's it. Nothing being done

Ordered some stuff in in December. They took my money out of my bank in January ninth I never received my order and when I contact them they tell me it’s been delivered. It has not been delivered but they have been paid for it. I want my money back or with the clothes I ordered.

On Dec 26th at 4:39 am I ordered $63.37 in boots/clothes which didn’t arrive. I contacted them, they gave me a tracking number and when it was delivered it was a cheap ring. I would like refunded. I am attaching some of my correspondence but they all wouldn’t fit. My legal email is [email protected]. My legal contact is Brett King Locust Fork, AL. I ordered under my personal email [email protected]…please do not use. Use gmail.

I order some clothing for $119 from an Ad on Facebook from this company
RH COROLLOSE.COM and about 3 weeks later I receive a cheap $2 ring in place of my clothing.
I had made a second order for a friend 3 days later for $69 from the same company but they had a different web RH MYRISTIC.COM and in about 3 weeks later I got the same ring.
They said they sent the ring to confirm my address was correct but after 3 weeks of their emails from 9 different Consumer Service department people saying they will give me a full refund, they just keep making excuses.
I have called my Credit Card Company and made a dispute on the charges and am waiting for the charges to be reversed.
I just want to warn people about thus Scam & Fraud
