I ordered a generator and tool box that were 59.99 each. What i received is $1 pair of sunglasses. after contacting the seller , i was told it was an error but they can’t send my order from overseas because of customs duties they only offered me a 10% refund. the seller seems located in Ireland, UK. But the sunglasses were mailed from within Canada. Other american victims were mailed the glasses from within the USA. It looks like is a network of criminal enterprise… time for the FBI to step in.

I ordered two generators they were 59.99 each they claimed they delivered them I never received them according to there tracking they were delivered on March 24 2023 @ 00:11 AM I never received them I tried E-Mailing them multiple time No response By the way who makes residental deliveries at Midnight

Audifer uses ads that piggyback/imitate major retailers (Costco, Home Depot are the ones I've seen). They advertise a recognizable product (in my case a Honda electric generator), for a very attractive price. They eventually send something completely different (in my case a pair of worthless sunglasses) and when pursued for a refund or the delivery of the originally advertised item, claim that customs issues would make returning the item for a refund impossible. They suggest you re-sell the product to somebody else to make up the loss. They say they would refund (after much back and forth) 20% of the original price.

Yeah I ordered two pallets 30 items on each pallet and I've never received them they told me they were delivered last night and they were not delivered and I'd like my money back or something

What a joke purchased generator and received glasses and they wont take them back such a scam very disappointed with the way the world is anymore 10 percent refund on a pair of junky glasses when i ordered a generator what a company

An offer for a chicken coop was made on-line via a general on-line shopping site that had real stores advertising as well. We purchased the coop on February 17,2023 and received a shipping confirmation on February 20, 2023.
I tried to click on the link that said "Track Your Shipping" and the link came back to the main website. I waited a few days and sent a request for status on shipping to their support @hctt-serv.com website. I did not receive a response.
I just sent another request for status on shipping and received a notification that the domain did not exist so the email could not be sent. Of course, there is no phone number, (which should have been my first clue). to make any additional enquiries.

I have been emailing back and forth they sent me a pair of sunglasses that's not what I ordered they said they can not send me a return label because they are over seas. Refuse to send me a full refund because they sent me sunglasses.

Audifer is a fraud ... and I noticed that they just changed their logo.
When I initially discovered them, their logo was very similar to The Home Depot, with their company name written in an orange square. Now I see that they are taking on the look of Costco. Hmmm.
My experience went a little something like this - I found a quantity of two - 2 foot by 8 foot raised flower beds on their site for a purchase price of $79.00. Everything seemed legit and so I made the order.
After much time went by, I received a cheap pair of sunglasses in the mail.
When I reached out to customer service to let them know of their error, initially they gave me the option to return the item and either receive a full refund OR they would send me the correct item.
I wrote them back and told them that I opted to return the item and receive a full refund.
Then they came back with some verbiage regarding high import/export fees, that I can keep the sunglasses, and they would be willing to give me a 10% refund if I like.
I am now opting out of the refund altogether - I am not willing to give them my debit card number ... which I am speculating is the end goal for Audifer ... so that they can "legally" reach into my account and rob me blind.
Buyer beware. This is a scary fraud.

Purchased a generator for $49.99 us. Everything looked fine and charged $81.22 us on our credit card. What we recieved was a pair of 3D polarized sunglasses. They admitted it was an error on their part and offered 20% back which would only be $16. We want eith half or a full refund. They do not want the sunglasses back but told us we could sell them to someone...REALLY!
We want a FULL refund now. I've sent a couple more emails but now they are not answering me. I've been emailing someone named CI CI at Zendesk.

i ordered 3 and they sent me the same thing polarized sunglasses. They are trying to negotiate my refund to 25%.

Ordered garden planters. Was sent gloves. When I contacted was told the gloves were more value and could only refund 10%. Refused to send the correct item and refused to issue a refund.
