Ordered product on Dec 20th 2023. Contacted customer service three times - Jan 4th, Jan 20th and Feb 12th, 2024. Was told products would ship at no cost. Shipping information states products in the US will ship from Arizona warehouse. However, I my credit card was charge and I have not received products.

Found a sale on Facebook that Bed Bath and Beyond were closing and I purchased several items, with my credit card, online. They have my credit card information, which I've notified that company, my name and address. I noticed that they sent me a confirmation email, charged my account and yet never confirmed shipment and the emails to contact are SCAM.

Continues to email to click link to check shipping info. I will not open the emails. Cancelled CC & notified them immediatly of scam.
