I was attempting to buy a corgi puppy for 900 through a facebook group. This group has either since been shut down or I am blocked. The group was corgi puppies for rehoming and adoption. There is another page run by the same "admin" so very much likely the same people. When i purchased the puppy i was originally going to pick it up. I was told that the owner was going to ship the dog. The shipping company held the dog them requested we paid for a crate rental. This was originally because the crate provided by the owner was "unsuitable" for arizona temperatures. This fee (700) was paid and was told to us that it was refunable. The company then came back an hour later stating the owner did not pay for insurance on the puppy's delivery and it must be paid prior to shipment. This fee was 1000 but was negotiated with the owner to be split. The dog was supposedly sent for delivery and at the ETA, we were notified the puppy was sick and that 1200 fee was to be paid for vet costs. At this point we did not pay the amount and we stopped receiving emails from the company as well as being blocked by the profile that we had bought the puppy from.

This delivery company works in unison with Dulcie Westmeyer Shih Tzu breeder After you purchased the dog which is due to include shipping he tries to add on an additional $200 for Crading
