My 15 years old daughter did contact the website requesting a baby radiated tortoise, which according to them she would receive within a day after sending the payment. She sent $420.00 to them initially through my PayPal account but they refunded the payment to my account and asked her to send it through Zelle because they said they had problems with their PayPal account. We gave them the benefit of doubt and send the money through zelle. The emails used to contact them are: [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected].

Needless to say that they never send the tortoise to my daughter. They asked her for full name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and closest airport in our area. She was supposed to received the tortoise on 09/25/2022 but we haven't received anything and they are just giving excuses and doing nothing. We have asked for a refund and haven't received an answer jet. Please help us to get justice. My daughter used all the money she collected from her birthday and was soo excited to purchase this baby tortoise that is so cruel she was scammed. If someone can help us to recover the money we would greatly appreciated.
