We paid for a puppy and shipping on October 24th. It was to be delivered on Monday October 26th. On Monday we received a call from their "shipper" (Transway Cargos) saying we needed to pay an additional $1000 for insurance to complete the sale and receive the puppy. We did not pay that. No puppy arrived. I contacted the seller many times. He said "just pay the money and you'll get the puppy". So cyber fraud and extortion. I ended up on this website via a link on a Facebook page.
