- Twinsburg, OH, USA • Sep 22, 2023

This scammer advertised eyelashes that are natural in style and hard to remove. I purchased two pair for the price of $20.00, I purchased them over two weeks ago and when I emailed them asking about the order they said it's on it's way. Gave me a bogus tracking no. and I haven't heard from them since.

Order was placed 3/31/23 for strapless bra, have emailed multiple times. Same response: follow tracking number. Says still sitting in facility. Unable to get any other answer from email address, for instance a phone number to discuss

I purchased sneakers through the website Apw-Tx.com. Immediately after the purchase I received ONLY a few word response - something similar to "payment made". I didn't receive an email confirmation until the next day with weird links and broken English. I was afraid to click on them. I reported it to the credit card company because I received a fraud charge on my card after the transaction. The credit card company said to wait to see if I get the merchandise. The email I received had a tracking out of Hong Kong. When it arrived in CA it supposedly switched to USPS. An item came in the mail and it was a fake Cartier ring with fake papers. The tracking number was the same as my sneakers. I reported this to the credit card company and the FTC. The credit card company wanted proof I attempted to contact them, what their response was and to return the merchandise. I had opened the package so I couldn't "return to sender" I had to pay for the return. I sent the credit card documents and proof of everything. The website does not have a contact email or number , just a form that returns an error message when you fill it out. Clearly it's a shipping scam thing and they can say they shipped merchandise. Maybe some people don't think it's worth the trouble to follow up, but it's essential - despite the monumental task of ridding the world of scammers.

Advertised Holiday shirts on Facebook. Ordered 2 on November 22,2022. They supposedly ship from South Carolina. I got an email from the Cayred customer service saying my order shipped and it included a USPS tracking number. When you track the number. USPS says a label has been printed but pick up/drop off has not happened. Multiple emails back and forth and all they keep saying is “your order has shipped. Be patient while the tracking numbers update. I have written this off but they need to be stopped.

- Brooklyn, NY, USA

Their website clearly shows the merchandise ships from USA. They sent a link to track the shipment and it actually showed shipped from Spain. It didn’t arrive even after almost a month. They said it was rejected by customs and sent another tracking# by USPS. But it only showed the label is created. It didn’t arrive.
