I saw an ad on Facebook advertising a wig sale from a company called Luvme Us. It advertised 3 wighs for just $59.00. I chose the wigs that I wanted and paid a total of $67.56 through my Pay Pal account. On October 23, 2022, I was emailed a confirmation for my order which included the order number (WLAMW91616) and a tracking number. The email stated that the order was received and was being shipped in 5-10 business days. However, when I tried to track my order through the link in the email, the website did not recognize my order number. So I contacted customer service via a chat and the Rep stated that unfortunately they have received several complaints about a FAKE website posing as their company which is Luvme Hair. The Rep said they show no record of my purchase. I was very confused because I was given the link in the confirmation email. According to my bank statement one of these companies (maybe its the same company ripping people off) did received my payment of $67.56.
