This website is impersonating Orthofeet. They delete negative reviews on their website but if you go to the Facebook page, it’s full of 1 star reviews ( https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100087811874776&mibextid=LQQJ4d ). I received the product several weeks late. Upon arrival, the quality is so horrible and it provided no arch support at all as claimed on their website. There was no return policy, a horrible chemical smell, fraying fabric, cheaply made bottoms, and doesn’t fit even though I ordered my size. Nothing fits the description. Even though the website says risk free trial for 60 days, they won’t offer a refund or a return (it goes to China) but a partial refund of 20%. They remove all their negative reviews on their website. Very unethical business selling very low quality product. They should not be able to operate as a business.

Purchased sneakers..Received merchandise it was the wrong size and very fake . Call listed phone number..out of service. The only means of contact is What’s App. The person told me that the only way to get my money back was if they actually received the merchandise but there was no guarantee that they would actually get them. Then I found out why..The address listed on the website and they give a return address actually belongs to someone else!!! Which I guess I’m not surprised since the sneakers shipped from Hong Kong and not New York. I contacted them again regarding a legitimate return address with no response to date!! They scammed me out of $214 for fake sneakers!!!!
