Ordered from Facebook site - supposed to be by 1 get 1 free, charged for 2 bottles. Name and card #, my card has been cancelled by me!

I was never given an order # order was placed on 12-23-22. They sent a tracking number to my email of VR491264093YP. They took 33.48 out of my account and would reply to my questions each time telling me they were sorry my order didn’t arrive and were looking in to it. It was delivered to Martin Ferry, Ohio on Jan 5 2023 . No more communication after that. They use Epic or Eric puzzle

An item was ordered that stated in stock. After the order was placed the status said on hold. Chatted with an agent to clarify how the item is shipped and was given a reply. After status continued to say hold spoke to agent again. Was told that they had a payment gateway issue and will follow up with an email as soon as the issue is resolved. Next day checked status. Same issue and still saying it is a payment gate way issue.

Ordered flowers from Rogers Florist on line order. They took the order, then cancelled the order; and said I would get a credit which has not been done. This is a fraudulent and illegal company. They operate out of many states. I ordered from the Michigan site. The phone number on web site is 1-866-435-0814 and the customer service dept. is [email protected]. This is happening a lot and this should be shut down or they should be prosecuted. It would not let me put in the amount. It was 56.96 on my debit card.
