Scammers created a wesbite which was advertised on social media websites. I saw the advertisement and went to the website to purchase two small dressers/ vanities. After purchasing the vanities, the seller sent me a confirmation email with tracking. A few days later two very poor qaulity counterfeit design scarves arrived in the mail with two different tracking numbers, none which were provided to me on my tracking email from Alarmchip. They took my money and sent scarves in place of the actual items and would not respond to any of my emails. After several attempts they confirmed that they had sent me the scarves by accident and asked me to return them however I feel as if they were trying to buy time to avoid the 10 days investigation time that I have with my bank to get my refund back. They no longer respond to my emails and refused to give me a refund.
