The online store advertised an $80 retro M&M jacket, which was on sale for $70.05. They also said that shipping would take 10-15 days, but when it didn't come in that time, I tried to email them, use their online customer support system, and contact them on both TikTok and Instagram. They only responded to my Instagram direct message, and after I told them the "order number" I received, they stopped responding to me.
