I ordered a backpack on 8/14/23. The confirmation email said they would notify my when the merchandise would be delivered. I emailed them 8/29 and 8/30 to ask when I would receive the backpack as I haven't been notified about anything. They charged my credit card but I still have not received any response or the backpack. I contacted my credit card to stop payment so I hope to receive a refund. There is no phone number to call the store or any other means to get in touch with them other than email.
