I contacted the email they provided numerous times and no reply. I ordered the items on June 9 and waited a week then looked at their return policy which states they need 12 business days, see below:

I decided to wait to give them time to ship but still nothing and today is now June 29. I contacted them a few more times and still no response.

The only contact info that is provided is: [email protected]

I think her name is Taylor Barone and she has other businesses on Instagram. health_anxiety

Their way to track seems like a scam as well. The website is hosted by Shopify so you have to download Shopifies Shop app to check tracking updates. When I downloaded it, it still only showed that my Order but nothing shipped/tracked.

Please help with this matter.
