Discount Online Muck Boots on Facebook. I didn't realize that it was scam until I got return emails from auto5@..... and service10 etc. The return email had no phone numbers but weird information about foreign exchange cost was different from the amount taken from my account. No way to contact them by phone at all. When you click on their email to reply china script comes up all over the page. The emails never give you a time of arrival or legit delivery. Emails just said be patient which was another sign of scam. They one time mentioned Best Way, then next time Logistics would delivery. Totally a Scam and I feel like a fool falling for it.

I did contact my bank but not sure how long this will take to resolve or if ever. I had to file a merchant dispute.

I have tried to send an email back to the website I ordered from and hopefully I can resolve this problem. Also the Official Muck Boot store is aware that this is going on and this is where I got the information for BBB.
