After not receiving the 2-1 Walker Fold-N-Go Rollator, I email them and they sent back an email saying the item had been delivered and a tracking number that I nor the postmaster could get through on. I requested them to track from their end and they said, "The carrier told us the package got lost. In this situation, we can offer a partial refund of 10 USD or a full replacement. Is it acceptable to you? As you know both of us suffered a great loss." I replied that it was not acceptable and that it was their responsibility to get the product to the customer and I want a full refund. All they did was send by a copy of the orginal receipt saying it was delivered. On my credit card charge, it says, ONLINE MALL HK HKG with a zip code of 999077 if that helps. Oh, I do see on here where there was supposed to have been a delivery date of 4-24-23 which I had missed prior. I also don't know if the website is correct or not but on the emails from them it says, this is a service from Kuangxin. Delivered by Zendesk. I contacted the fraud/scam dept. of my credit card and they are giving me a full refund today of which is June 8, 2023 and the order was on 3/28/23. Just want the ScamPulse.com bureau to be aware so as to alert other consumers and authories about the fraudulent website and prevent more people from falling victim to it.
