On August 8, 2023 I went on line to search for legal assistance. They told me they would be able to help me with finding attorneys to assist me. They told me they would charge my card a $1.90 for a 7 day trial and then $19.90 monthly thereafter. I was supposed to receive a welcome email and a text message with a link of instructions on how to get the list. I received the welcome email and a whole hour went by and I did not receive the text. I called back and a customer service rep canceled the subscription and gave me a cancellation number. I called the number and it gives you options to win gift certificates or medical equiptment. I went on the website and they have new telephone numbers to call so when you do you get the run around. I rep finally answered and when I inquired about the cancellation she hung up. They will take you through several prompts and when you press the one you need assistance wtih they will place you on hold and hang up.
