Health Insurance Plan.

The ploy was to submit application for an Aetna PPO medical insurance policy. The representative on the phone was posing as an insurance agent broker to submit my information to in underwritten company for coverage of health insurance. They asked me various health related questions and medical history. Asked me for my SSN debit card details and demographic data. It was a scam to lower the price of a fake health insurance policy.

My Medicaid insurance was in processing renew, I received a text message said my healthy coverage is due need to call the agency , I called the number and a man answered, he asked for all required information. After accepting the information he told me that I have to pay for $390 for enroll my Medicaid. I questioned why I have to pay for insurance when I always had totally free insurance , he said that this year government changed regulations, that I need to pay one time enrollment fee to continue my free Medicaid benefits. If I am not pay this enrollment fee I can not have any insurance, I need to pay all the medical bills by myself. He send a link and I verified my information. I then received a email to confirm my purchase, the email was headlined strategic limited partners and not related to Medicaid at all, I was realized it was a scam, I called my bank to make a dispute of this payment. After one month the dispute failed, the payment was repost, and I called to dispute again. Later that month, the payment was repost again. It totally post 3 times and dispute 3 times, my bank and I am still working on it. AI called the company they said I am not their customer anymore then they hang ip the phone.

I used Nvhealthcare.org to look for affordable insurance for my family. I received a call from a sales man from this company offering me a lower premium since we were healthy. There was just an application fee so they could have it medically approved. I was approved immediately which raised a red flag since they never had me sign a medical release. They told me I had 30 days to cancel if I found the coverage wouldn’t work for me. I thought the worse case was I was out the $75 application fee. They charged me a one month premium around $800. I got access to the plan details through a website they gave me https://mystrategicpartnerslp.com/partner which you have to be a member to access. The details of the plan were very vague so I had to call to get more details of what the coverage really was. I just had a bad feeling about them so I went online now that I had a little more detail and found out this was a scam. I called to cancel and get my premium refunded and was threatened that I would have a mark on my record and any other insurance company would see that. This is absolutely not true, you are able to cancel an insurance policy at any time without ramifications. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred from person to person for over an hour. I got an attorney involved and they are helping me get my refund through my credit card company. I signed no contract everything was done over the phone and nothing was in writing through email or otherwise. I’m asking everyone reading this scammed by this company to please report them to the State Attorney’s office and also to your State’s Insurance Commission. If enough of us come forward we can stop this evil company.

When I was cancelled from my previous health insurance for making too much $$, I somehow got in contact with this company .I can’t remember if I looked it up on line or what, but unfortunately I signed up for this plan thinking it was legitimate. My doctors office is the the first one to inform me this may be a scam. So I did a little research and most of the information I saw was looking like it’s a scam. I’ve been charged over $1000, and not one thing has been was covered under this policy so it doesn’t make much sense. My doctors office and pharmacy both said they’d never heard of this so I just hope they get shut down so more people don’t get scammed out of a lot of money.

My Medicaid/ healthfirst insurance was due to be renewed, I received a text message that it’s due to be renewed and that I should call a number, I called the number and a woman answered I asked if it’s Nys health she said yes, I explained that I needed to renew my insurance and add my daughter to my policy, she asked for all required information. After accepting the information she told me that I have to pay for premium $840 . That I have to pay half now and half in January, I questioned why I have to pay for insurance when I always had free insurance with co pay , she said that the new Biden administration ruled that they will no longer be free Medicaid unless you are pregnant or disabled. Anyways being desperate to get my health insurance renewed I paid for $420, she send a link and I verified my information. I then received a email to confirm my purchase, the email was headlined strategic limited partners , I was puzzled because I thought I was buying healthfirst insurance, I then called back the number . Another agent then assured me that they are a third party company working with healthfirst , i said okay, I googled Nys number which was different from the one that had text me and I inquired if there’s an application for my healthfirst insurance, they told me no, all that they saw was my old information which was about to expire , I told them of my encounter and I was told that it was a scam, that my insurance is free of charge. Anyways I called back strategic limited partners and I explained that i purchased something that I did not want, they assured me that I will be refunded in 7-10 business days. Let’s see

My daughter was calling around for Health Insurance for her sister, who was suffering from deep depression and wanted to go into a facility to get the help she needed. My daughter somehow got Strategic Limited Partners information and called about the insurance. At first she talked to the agent and then, since I would be paying for it, I spoke to the agent. He explained that all I had to do was accept the payment of $575 (I believe it was) and we would receive our insurance cards in about 3 weeks. He said once we got the cards, my daughter could get a physical from her doctor and then could be in a facility within a month or so. He inferred that this one payment would cover everything. We never got any information from the company at all, no cards, no paperwork, nothing. Mt daughter called them and wanted to cancel the insurance and get a refund but they stated it had already been 4 weeks and she couldn't get the refund. She explained what the agent had said about the one time payment, etc, and they stated they record all calls and they would have to investigate it and would get back to her in 4 weeks. No return call was made and every time we tried to call there was no answer. Meanwhile, they continued to charge my credit card for $675 a month. I kept calling my bank and each time the money would be reimbursed, however this last time they provided some documents showing it was a genuine healthcare insurance account, which I can't see is possible, since we received no benefits from them, cards, communication or anything, other than one email to the wrong daughter that could not be replied to. I now have a bill of $1,371.60 to pay on my credit card with absolutely nothing to show for it. I tried calling again this morning after talking to my bank, but you only get a message saying to hold for the next agent.

Bought insurance from Strategic because they told me they were comparable to the Market place except no drug/maternity care. They sell you individual policies for Health, Life, Critical Illness, etc.
Please read what you are buying- they will not send to you limits/deductibles before hand so you can see what benefits you are getting.
I bought Pillar 4- Found out that the 200.00 amount that you would think is the deductible on their paperwork is the amount that they pay for the year.
Hospital Bill- 16,000.00 they discounted to 4500.00 for insurance- Insurance paid 89.00. I am responsible for 4400.00 hospital bill
X-Rays, Cat Scans, Imaging- They only pay 200.00 for the entire year
X-Rays, Cat Scans total- 8000.00 Insurance paid 200.00 and that is the total for the year that they will pay. i am Responsible for 7600.00.

Bought Gallant 20,000.- Gallant is an optional add-on benefit that will provide a lump sum payment, depending on the plan level chosen, upon initial diagnosis of a covered critical illness or condition to the participant. Gallant is an employee benefit critical illness plan sponsored by Strategic Limited Partners, LP.
Was diagnosed with Cancer and contacted the claims department to submit a claim.
No claim forms ! This should have been a RED LIGHT WARNING. This means you don't have a way to track or even know what is needed to submit a valid claim.
Ms. Williams who filed the claim for me took over 40 days to get claim submitted. I called her many times and could never get calls back or any answers on why I wasn't getting a check. It now has been in Claims and has been sitting there for over 45 days with the Blackhawk Claims and has been give two different claim numbers, and still no payout.
I have been calling the claims department every week for two months and get the same run around and story. Every time I call Blackhawk claims, they tell me it is in final approval, but will not give date of payment. They hang up me when I question them and ask for supervisors to get answers
They are not paying the claim. Had to hire attorney to get my money.

Worst Insurance I have ever purchased for Medical coverage. Don't get sick if you have Strategic Limited Partners Insurance. It will cost you a fortune.
I have learned it is better to pay the additional money to get the Market Place coverage with reputable Insurance companies.

I have cards which took awhile to receive but Dr office etc… not recognizing as legit. Saying they have never heard nor seen of this insurance. I have had premiums taken off credit card every month. Have spent thousands. can I get my money back?. I let it expire so it’s cancelled. I have detailed information with first encounter with them. Very nice and knowledgeable. Little did I know scammers. Please let me know what transpires.

Was told when I signed up that they would cancel my plan automatically at the end of the month since I only needed it for a short period of time in between jobs. I keep getting charged monthly after I've attempted to cancel multiple times. No one wants to help they keep transferring you to the next department. This is ridiculous!

I work for a major medial facility in the billing department. I have seen a lot of these claims for multiple patients get denied for ridiculous reasons...if you can get through to them...anyone wanting to know the provider line for this company it is 866-228-3142. That being said after multiple "WTF" moments I am now writing this...first off, it can be difficult to get a hold of the reps but it sounds a lot easier for us billers than it does for the consumer, every time I have called and gotten through to the reps their stories change on denials...a common denial is for timely after 30 days, 30 days is an unrealistic time range to receive claims, but, when I call back the reps will be like "0h no, that rep was wrong its 45 days" well not much better but okay, then I would just conveniently ask what the timely is for the company on a random claim separate from all other and the rep will say "60 days"...really...Another common problem is not receiving the explanation of benefits, and when you call to get a copy, they say they will fax it...but, they never do. And, if other clinics are like us and not contracted with that insurance company (for a good reason) than it all falls to patient responsibility if we don't receive the explanation unfortunately, and they know that. They will tell us oh its paid and we will fax it, then if they do happen to fax it (it does happen) its either wrong, or, not what they told you and it opens another mess! I just hope that people read these reviews first because I am looking at a cancer patient who has 60 grand coming to him if I cant get this company to pay it...and its not looking good. I feel like its my duty as being of the "old" medical world where patients health came first over money and not this new corporate medical circus that only cares about profit. What are you paying for if they do not cover anything and lie about it. I suggest everyone who has problems with any insurance company to report it to the Better Business Bureau.

I should add that this company has had affiliations with other companies that the Texas business bureau has been investigating, Blackhawk claims is one of them. I hope this helps people and stirs them away from this money pit.

If you need a refund from this company, call the CEO on his direct line. His name is Roy Franklin Anding of 866 Westshore Ct. In League City, Texas 77573. His direct line is 832-661-2022.

Keep in mind that he will do his very best to do absolutely nothing for you because that is what he is. He knows very well that he's scamming all of you and he is a proud scammer.

I have spoken with him on the phone and he claims he doesn't know that his company is scamming everybody. Has he not read his reviews? Has he not heard the OVERWHELMING VOLUME OF THE SAME COMPLAINT THAT HIS INSURANCE POLICIES ARE A SCAM? What kind of a businessman doesn't know that he has a one-star review on Yelp, a ton of complaints on the Better Business Bureau website and all the complaints are about fake insurance and their unwillingness to make right their wrongs.

He knows very well that he is scamming people out of millions of dollars. He lives a pretty nice life at your cost. Check out his home on Google Earth. Pretty nice, huh? You paid for it!

Get in contact with the Texas Department of insurance, the Texas attorney general, the attorney general of your state, and https://oci.georgia.gov/ because one of his companies is registered to the same address as his corrupt attorney, John Oxendine - the former insurance commissioner of Georgia who ran for governor of Georgia and stole hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign funds to buy a house and cars.

These people don't care about the law, they don't care about you, they don't care about doing the right thing, and they don't care about your pain and suffering. They have your money and that is all that matters to them.

Something has to be done to cost all of these people they're corrupt livelihoods and possibly have them put in prison.

I am currently working with attorneys to straighten things out with regard to their spamming violations. If this company contacted you unsolicited, then they owe you at least $1,500 for every time they contacted you by phone or text. If you need help, you can find me at imagineth at gmail dot com.

CAUTION! HEALTH INSURANCE SCAMMERS
Useless service & zero customer support with no way of cancelling - they're just taking your money.

Scammer name: Strategic Limited Partners LP
Scammer phone: (866) 377-3032
Scammer email: [email protected]
Scammer address: PO Box 21661 Eagan, MN 55121
Type of a scam: Healthcare/Insurance
-
Victim location: GA 30022, USA
Total money lost so far: $814.70 (3 months)

*Please advise (reply to this post) if you were able to successfully cancel your plan with them. I'm still trying to no avail :(

CONTEXT: (in case you're in a similar position)

I signed up for a PHCS Multiplan PPO with a monthly premium of monthly premium of $229.90 and on-time signup fee of $125. They told me I could cancel with no fees or penalties at any time.

Some details on the supposed coverage: no deductible, wouldn't cover substance abuse treatment or psychiatric hospitalization (not an issue for me), and would work in all 50 states. The portal lists Alloy and Sublime as services and Paramount Rx as a prescription discount service.

They also told me I was placed on a do not call list that should take effect within 48 hours of signing up, which was absolutely not true because I wound up receiving upwards of 10-30 calls per day for several weeks after and I had to manually block each number.

More importantly, they told me to call 866-377-3032 for in-house customer service with quick access to a live agent during regular business hours. I have called this number multiple times and am always sent immediately to voicemail to leave a message that never gets returned. I have also emailed the address listed on their customer portal ([email protected]) multiple times, again with no response. There is a live chat feature on the portal as well, except it is disabled every time I've checked - seems to me it's just there as an illusion for people to think it's available when it's never actually been supported.

This wasn't on my radar as a scam because I was the one to seek them out and called their number via healthcare.gov when I was looking into Obamacare. The agent, Chip, was super friendly, personable, and helpful and seemed to be kind, caring, and normal. I feel absolutely duped and should have done more due diligence before going through with it, but again, didn't sense any red flags and was on a tight time crunch for getting on a health insurance plan.

Their app, Wellific, is visually totally different and not super helpful, so this got me a little suspicious. I got more suspicious when I tried to fill out a couple of prescriptions and all that came up on file at my pharmacy was a worthless Paramount discount card, leaving my two prescriptions at over $200 when they cost less than $10 on my previous plan. The pharmacy coupons took off more money than this plan's discount card. I've literally avoided goin to the doctor and have not used this insurance at all for fear of how much I might be charged for whatever care I receive.

CANCELLATION ATTEMPTS: (please help if you were able to cancel)

I have reached out 5 times in an attempt to cancel my plan via phone (866-377-3032) and via email ([email protected]). There has been no response and there is no other means of cancelling my plan or payment.

I just reported them to the Better Business Bureau, though I'm not sure that's the right route I just felt I had to do something.

I'm still trying to cancel my plan to no avail. If anyone has been able to successfully cancel their plan and has any helpful advice, please let me know by replying here.

I Googled "customer service number for healthcare.gov" and got 888-727-6621. A guy answered the phone and sounded like he was watching TV. I figured he was just working remotely, as most people do since the pandemic. I said I was calling to speak with someone with healthcare.gov who could help with my plan. He told me he was with healthcare.gov and could help me. He had a lot of knowledge on the insurance, so I trusted him. He even had info about my previous address. I paid for insurance coverage, but never got a confirmation email, never received insurance cards or numbers, and I couldn't even login to the account that I supposedly had at Strategic Partners LP. I turned off my debit card immediately. I contacted my bank to file a claim. They said it was good I turned off the card because they had already attempted to make transactions over $500 with my debit card. I called the number back multiple times with no answer. This has been a huge headache, and I can only hope I get my money back.

I used www.healthplans.com to get some quotes and immediately a bunch of providers started emailing and calling me. The first one I picked up right after submitting my info is Strategic Limited Partner LP. They had the information I just submitted and everything seemed very legitimate. Took me through the process and provided a solution that seemed right for my situation. After completing, I even get all the appropriate follow up e-mails, including temporary medical cards. However, I notice on the cards that my Norton was pointing to the website on the card for Strategic Limited Partners LP as being possible fraud and high risk. Do more research on find different channels pointing to it being fraud including this channel. I called www.healthplans.com who said they should be able to find my information if I signed up through one of their partners and they cannot find me at all. Tried to talk with one of their managers and he is too busy. They also let me know they are having lots of issues like this all week and blame it on their partners saying they do not have the ability to protect customer info once it goes out to their partners. I called back to Strategic Limited Partners LP and they say they are not fraud and they see my information and confirm that I have a membership. Will be checking with doctors and providers to see if they are able to find my membership once it is supposed to kick in on July 1st since Strategic Limited Partners LP said the PPO plan can be used all across the US. Luckily, I only gave them a card with very limited funds in it. I just had a gut feeling that I should have verified before giving my personal info and any card to make a payment. Ugh! I hate scammers, and I will get this money back if they did scam me. They have been reported to Visa. Interestingly, the charge comes across with a phone number for cgshealth.com. I will be calling them in the morning.

I bought health insurance coverage from Strategic Limited Partners LP a year ago after having been assured by their sales rep that the plan's coverage was very comprehensive, with very low deductibles. I paid about $500/mo for most of a year until I needed cataract removal surgeries in April, when I discovered that the policy covered none of my diagnostic visits or surgeries, which I had to pay for out of pocket--about $5K per eye. I also discovered that the plan did not cover ANY of my prescription meds. I cancelled my policy a moment ago and will join the class action lawsuit mentioned in the posts above. This company is an outright fraud.

Please call me. I am the person gathering a class of plaintiffs. 929-214-4844.

• Jun 20, 2023

After having closed an account months ago, they continue to spam my phone and charge my debit card. I am seeking to put together a class for a lawsuit against this company. Contact me at 929-214-4844 to join the class action if this company has ever contact you without you prior written consent. We're talking potentially $3,000 per phone call! The only thing that matters is that they called you first. Even if you bought a policy, that doesn't preclude you from joining a lawsuit. You will still be paid if we win. All that matters is that they dialed you number and your phone rang...even if you didn't answer. The violation is the initiation of the call or text.

This company owes me over $6,000 in statutory damages and they play games and charge my debit card months after I closed my account. I wonder who else they're doing that to.

+3
• Jun 20, 2023

If you received an unsolicited phone call or text message from anyone with a sale leading to Strategic Partners, THEY OWE YOU MONEY! They owe you AT LEAST $1,500 for EVERY TIME they contacted you to sell you something. If you have been on the National Do Not Call list for more than 30 days and they have called you more than once, then they owe you $3,000 PER CALL!
These calls and text messages violate a law called the TCPA [47 U.S.C. 227(b) and (c)]. This law provides for a private right of action that allows YOU to sue for statutory damages. This law was passed in 1991 and it is very real!
It doesn't even matter if made a purchase from them after they called you. The call itself is the violation.
This company is despicable. I canceled a policy with them months ago, and tried to charge my debit card $670! This company is not only scamming you, but they will attempt to steal your money should they get a hold of your credit or debit card information.
They also KNOW FOR CERTAIN that I will sue them for contacting me because they know who I am. When I investigate who is contacting me, in order to exercise the rights afforded to me by the TCPA, I purchase whatever they're selling. These people aren't going to just tell you who they are over the phone because of people like me. They need to hide their identity until they get the sale, or people like me will sue them. This is why they have my debit card information. Fortunately, it's a CashApp card with no balance on it that I use solely to ID who tf is always texting me! All they got was their name on my payment attempt history in CashApp and in trouble with the law.
And after reading this reddit, I understand that what Strategic Limited Partners really needs in order to get their act straight is a good class action lawsuit. You may not get back the money they scammed from you, you can play your part in holding accountable for their all other violations. I'm certain we can also find violations of health insurance sales laws.

I am going to start a class action lawsuit against this company. Contact me at 929-214-4844 if you wish to join.

If you don't wish to join the class action but would like to pursue damages on your own, contact me and I will provide you with everything you need to pursue damages...FOR FREE. And I'll show where to get a full education and support for all spammers you wish to pursue for TCPA violations to your phone.

I legally can't even accept money from anyone for my help because that would be practicing law and I'm not a lawyer. I will suggest you consult with a lawyer every step of the way, but you don't need a lawyer to get started. It won't be as easy as joining a class action lawsuit, but I believe in you, Tiger! And I'll guide you every step of the way. I know their attorneys and everything.

You can't understand how ready I am to do this. All I need is 20 people to form a class. I can seek an attorney right now and he may or may not decide to take the case at the risk of not being able to find 20 people to join the class. But if I bring this case to an attorney WITH a class of plaintiffs, it shouldn't be hard to find an attorney who'll accept the case and represent us.

I've already sent them my demand for $6,000 because they texted me twice while I'm on the Do Not Call list. Not only did they ignore my demand and are forcing me to file a lawsuit, but they're playing games with my debit card.

If you know something ain't right about these guys, contact me. It doesn't matter if you bought a policy and had to have a bank refund the money. It doesn't matter if you sued them for something. It doesn't matter if they settled some issue you had with them already. If they called you or texted you without your prior written consent, THEY STILL OWE YOU MONEY JUST FOR THE CALL!

ESPECIALLY contact me if you feel you've been spammed by them! ESPECIALLY!

Call or text me at 929-214-4844.
